Dr. Noah Moos

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Moos is a cum laude graduate of Logan Chiropractic College in Chesterfield, MO. His work has taken him all over the world as a human performance specialist for Olympic Medalists, NFL, NBA, & many other professional athletes. He has also spoken nationally and internationally on the treatment of complex health issues. He has passion for helping patients that have often been given no hope of recovery. This comes from the fact that his mother was in hospice with an incredibly rare auto-immune disease, Wegener's Granulomatosis, when he was 3 years old. She was able to recover, and has beat the 10 year life expectancy of the disease. No one had any answers on why it happened and it left Dr. Moos with a drive to understand the body at a deeper level to be able to help people so they wouldn’t have to to suffer like his mother did. His passion for learning has lead him to obtaining many certifications and awards in the profession. Dr. Moos uses a combination of over 20 different techniques to assist patients in the healing process and help each and every person find the root cause of their condition and reach the optimal expression of their health.

Dr. John Wendt

Doctor of Chiropractic

I’ve been a dedicated practitioner of holistic health since 2007. Beginning my career in Colorado having 2 practices for 12 years, moving to Houston taking 15 months off from patient treatment recreating myself as a practitioner. I starting a small practice in my friends gym creating a new style of holistic treatment. One a quarterly basis I travel back to Colorado to treat my patients and enjoy the mountains and visiting with friends. I will also be traveling back to Houston monthly to treat people and enjoy time with friends. On a regular basis I enjoy cooking, yoga, everything outdoors, and working out.

As a young athlete I was injured in a diving accident causing debilitating pain, blurred vision, nausea, and headaches. A friend’s mother worked for a chiropractor and got me an appointment right away. Dr. James Shaeffer came into his office on his day off to help me. Smelling of old bay crab seasoning having come from a family BBQ, he treated me and instantaneously I felt better. After a week of appointments and monthly follow ups I became a Chiropractic Advocate. After graduating from high school I was destined to become a Neurologist. A few years in college and understanding the scope of practice in Medicine, I decided to switch to Chiropractic Neurology. Additionally I spent years training in NET to become certified in the stress management technique. As a College wrestler I understood the need for proper nutrition, further studying optimal nutrition habits and functional health. Let’s get started Austin!

Natalie Picchetti-Moos

Functional Medicine Nutritionist, Clinical Nutritionist

Natalie found functional medicine and nutrition after searching for her own health answers. As an elite track athlete running for the University of Georgia, she was one of the top runners in the country. After qualifying for the Olympic Trials, she noticed some changes in her body and soon was barely able to run at all. Looking for answers from the medical world, she became frustrated with the many visits to doctors who could not provide any insight to get those answers. She decided to understand the human body for herself. Natalie graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Pre-Medicine and Psychology, along with a minor in Biology. She also worked in the neuroscience research lab at the University of Georgia and the University of Texas. After exploring and trying many different therapies, she found her passion in functional medicine and nutrition, as it has been the key that guided her back to her own health. Following her passion, she then earned her Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. She believes that health issues need to be investigated and wants to bring a multidimensional health approach to those she helps.

Natalie's philosophy is rooted in functional medicine and for those who are looking for natural solutions to health problems. With her unique background, she can help with a wide variety of issues including chronic illness, sports performance, metabolic disorders, diabetic and blood sugar support, heart health, weight management, hormone balance, and much more. Natalie also specializes in extensive lab work, DUTCH hormone analysis, GUT Zoomer interpretation, custom nutrition planning, 23andMe genome interpretation, & NET.

Nick Picchetti

Licensed Massage Therapist, Clinical Sports Massage LMT

Nick moved to Austin in 2012 to work at Health-Plus ATX. This is where he found his passion for helping people and competitive sports.  In 2013 he got his certification to use a Cold Deep Tissue K-Laser therapy and received his massage therapy schooling from The Lauterstein and Conway Massage school in 2015. He currently Races Category 1 mountain bikes and enjoys trail running in his free time. Nick knows what athletes need to recover and how to prevent injuries.

Clinical Sports Massage is a massage style composed of Myofascial Release, Deep tissue Sports Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy with an emphasis on sports performance, anatomy, and recovery . I work with a variety of injuries in athletes as well as repetitive stress soft tissue disorders in occupational settings such as carpal tunnel, tennis/golfers elbow, plantar fasciitis, and shin splints. A lot of these discomforts form over time from repetitive use, vigorous training, and sustained and awkward positions. If you train regularly or have a high stress/high demand job it is important to be receiving some maintenance soft tissue bodywork on a regular basis to help prevent any issues or injuries from forming and to combat the effects of stress.
